The use of a drone during your building inspection is a fast and effective way to identify any damage or degradation issues. The drone allows us to safely provide alternative access to view heights over 3.6 metres, tight spaces, high facades, and complex roof designs. This new technology provides clear and close-up photographs, forming an important part of your report, weather and height restrictions permitting, of course.
*The drone will be used at the inspector’s discretion, subject to flight paths, weather, and obstructions.
