There is a lot of details that determines the cost of a building and pest inspection. Such as the type of property it is. Be it a Unit, Villa, Townhouse or Standalone house with 1,2 or 3 levels we price accordingly. We’ll inspect the detached shed
and Granny Flat also. Need a block of unit inspected – no problem.
We’re not fussed what our competitors charge all the time, we focus on what we offer you. There are no suburbs that
are more expensive to inspect. Wether you live in inner city Newfarm, out by the water at Brighton or a nice big block at
Morayfield or Burpengary East, what we charge for an inspection of the same typer of home will be the same.

What overheads do other big companies carry. What pressures do they face? They have large Marketing Costs and
Google Sponsor costs or Fanchise fees. We DON’T’ have a volume based sales model, nor do we have any targets to
meet. Just customers to that we strive to keep happy and satisfied.
We don’t rush our inspections, we don’t have tick boxes to fulfil that can lead to missing large faults. Our reports are
written by the inspector that attends your property.
We are a family owned business and Brett maintains the use of the latest devices and technology for his inspections.We don’t’ have call centres in Melbourne or Sydney we have a local rep in the office who can assist you with questions
and bookings. Please don’t just book your inspection online on a booking form – speak to a real person and ask

We have flexibility and can offer you a personalized report with a quick turnaround.
We don’t add on rent charges and numerous staff charges into our pricing. We can’t remain very competitive and honest
offering you our local knowledge.
Unit prices are from $530 and some of the larger homes we’ve inspected can cost upto $800.
