We’re not fussed with what our competitors charge all the time; we focus on what we offer you.

We DON’T’ have a volume-based sales model, nor do we have any targets to meet. Just customers, that we strive to keep happy and satisfied.
We don’t rush our inspections, and we don’t have tick boxes to fulfil that can lead to missing large faults within a property. Our reports are written by the inspector that attends your property.

We don’t’ have call centres in Melbourne or Sydney, we have a local rep in the office who can assist you with questions and bookings. Unit prices start at $530 and some of the larger homes we’ve inspected can cost up to $810.
